Ordering & Production

Are your products made-to-order?

Yes! Most of our products are made-to-order, which means we print them specifically for you after you place your order. This ensures you receive a fresh, high-quality print and allows us to maintain a wide product catalog without excess inventory.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 3–10 business days depending on the complexity and size of your order. This does not include shipping time. Rush orders may be available - please contact us at antonio@border3dllc.com to inquire.

Can I request custom modifications?

We offer custom printing services! Contact us at (956) 917-6275 or antonio@border3dllc.com to discuss your custom project. Please note that custom modifications may require additional time and cost.

What materials do you use?

We use premium materials including:

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States with plans to expand internationally. Domestic orders are shipped from our facility in La Feria, Texas.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer tiered shipping rates:

  • FREE shipping on orders over $50 (US/Canada)
  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $50
  • Local pickup available in La Feria, TX

How long does shipping take?

After production is complete (3–10 business days), shipping typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days for domestic US orders
  • 7–14 business days for international orders

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently focused on domestic US shipping but are planning international expansion. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

Product Quality & Finishing

Do products come fully finished and painted?

Unless specifically stated in the product description, most items are sold as raw prints or kits that require finishing. Products labeled as "raw kit" or "assembly required" will need:

  • Sanding and smoothing
  • Assembly (if multi-part)
  • Priming and painting
  • Additional materials like glue, magnets, or paint (not included)

This allows you to customize the final finish to your preferences!

What if my print has defects or arrives damaged?

We carefully inspect every print before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at antonio@border3dllc.com with photos. We will provide a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.

Will my print look exactly like the photos?

We strive for accuracy, but please note that 3D printed items may have slight variations in color, finish, and detail due to the nature of additive manufacturing. Screen displays may also show colors differently than the actual product.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, most items are non-refundable. However, we will gladly provide replacements for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery. For complete details, please see our Refund Policy.

Digital Products (STL Files)

What are STL files?

STL files are digital 3D model files that you can use to print items on your own 3D printer. Once purchased, you can download the file and print it as many times as you like for personal use.

Can I sell prints made from your STL files?

STL files are licensed for personal use only unless you purchase a commercial license. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited. Please respect the intellectual property rights of the original designers.

Are STL files refundable?

No, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout through our secure payment processor.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Licensing & Copyright

Who owns the designs you print?

Many of our products feature designs licensed from talented third-party creators including Highlands Miniatures, Daybreak Miniatures, Zou3D, Clockspring3D, and others. These designs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. We are authorized to print and sell these designs, but customers may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without proper licensing.

Can I request a specific designer's work?

Yes! If you're looking for a specific design or designer's work that we don't currently carry, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
